About Keyerrá Buckley
The Pharm: Where Careers Grow.
Built by an Allied Healthcare Educator who has been in the seat, in the classroom, and behind the systems that shape healthcare operations.
The Pharm started as an educational platform focused on helping pharmacy technicians build confidence, strengthen foundational knowledge, and grow within healthcare. What began through teaching, mentorship, and workforce development evolved into something larger: helping healthcare professionals strategically position themselves for the next stage of their careers.
Today, The Pharm combines healthcare education, resume strategy, interview preparation, and career positioning for professionals across healthcare, from entry level candidates to executive leadership.
Meet Keyerrá
“I started as a pharmacy technician. As my career grew, so did my perspective on healthcare, from frontline operations to education, workforce development, and healthcare systems. Every step taught me something different about how healthcare professionals are evaluated, promoted, and positioned for growth. That perspective shapes every resume I rewrite.”
Keyerrá Buckley is an Allied Healthcare Educator with a background spanning pharmacy operations, healthcare education, workforce development, payer-side operations, accreditation, and healthcare program leadership.
She holds:
- ✓A.S. in Pharmacy Technology
- ✓B.S. in Healthcare Administration
- ✓PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- ✓Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB)
Her own career path reflects the same progression many healthcare professionals are working toward: building from hands-on clinical experience into leadership, operations, education, and long-term career growth.
Her experience includes leading nationally recognized pharmacy technician education programs, supporting accreditation and compliance initiatives, developing healthcare curriculum and continuing education, and helping thousands of students and professionals prepare for opportunities across healthcare systems.
Before moving into education and leadership, she worked directly in pharmacy operations across hospital, retail, specialty, audit, and payer environments. Her experience includes claims auditing, prior authorization evaluation, sterile compounding support, pharmacy benefits operations, healthcare communications, and workforce development.
She has been:
- ✓in the seat as a pharmacy technician
- ✓in the classroom as an educator
- ✓behind the operational systems that shape healthcare delivery, compliance, and workforce readiness
That full-circle perspective is what shapes how she reads and rewrites a healthcare resume.
How We Approach Resume Strategy
Healthcare fluent, not generic
Healthcare hiring is nuanced. A hospital pharmacist, pharmacy technician, nurse leader, healthcare administrator, managed care professional, and allied health candidate are all evaluated differently.
Every resume rewrite, interview-prep session, and LinkedIn optimization is built with healthcare-specific context, terminology, and positioning strategy in mind.
The approach is grounded in understanding how healthcare experience translates across patient care, operations, leadership, and workforce development, while aligning with how healthcare professionals are evaluated, hired, and promoted.
Storytelling + Callout + CAR
Your resume should communicate progression, impact, and direction, not just responsibilities.
Every bullet is structured to lead with the most important result or scope first, followed by the challenge, action, and outcome behind the work. The same structure also strengthens behavioral interview preparation because your resume naturally becomes a bank of STAR-ready examples.
The goal is clarity, positioning, and memorability.
Credential stacking
Degrees, certifications, licensure, leadership experience, and applied training should tell a clear story of growth.
We position credentials strategically so employers can quickly understand:
- ›where you started
- ›how you progressed
- ›what responsibilities you earned
- ›where your career is headed next
Not accumulation. Progression.
Workforce development mindset
The work is not just about rewriting resumes. It is about helping healthcare professionals navigate career transitions with more clarity, confidence, and strategy.
Keyerrá's workforce development and advising research has focused on how mentorship, communication, belonging, and proactive guidance improve career outcomes for students and professionals in high-demand healthcare pathways.
That philosophy shapes how The Pharm approaches resume strategy, interview preparation, and long-term career growth.
