FAQ
Plain answers, in the voice you'll get from us.
Is The Pharm just for pharmacy people?
No. The Pharm started as a YouTube channel for pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy is Keyerrá's heritage — but the service is healthcare-wide. We work with pharmacy techs, pharmacists, nurses, MAs, RTs, allied health, healthcare admin, public health, mental-health practitioners, healthcare IT, and people transitioning between healthcare roles. The methodology applies cross-industry too; our deepest expertise is healthcare.
What's your resume methodology — what makes you different?
Three things: (1) Storytelling style — your resume tells a story of direction, not a list of responsibilities. (2) CAR + Callout — every bullet leads with the most important result or scope (the callout), then Challenge → Action → Result fills in the detail. (3) Credential stacking — we present your credentials in progression order, tied to outcomes you actually applied. The bullets are also STAR-ready, so they walk straight into your interview answers.
What does the free 60-second feedback actually tell me?
Five things: your industry tag (managed care vs hospital vs MSL vs nursing vs allied health, etc.), an ATS-readability score, three strengths, three to four gaps, and the keywords your target roles want that aren't on your resume. It also recommends the tier that fits your situation, with one sentence on why.
Do I need to give my email to see the feedback?
No. The feedback is anonymous and accessible by URL. We save the report so you can come back to it; if you want it emailed for safekeeping, that's a checkbox at the top of the report.
How accurate is the feedback?
Accurate enough to surface the patterns. It will not catch every nuance — that's why the rewrite is human, not AI. The feedback is the diagnosis; the rewrite is the treatment.
What's the relationship between The Pharm site and The Pharm YouTube channel?
Same brand, same person, same methodology. The YouTube channel (Career Compounds) is the free education arm — Keyerrá teaches CAR + Callout, credential stacking, the 4-week resume reset, and SMART goals at mid-career. The site is where you book 1:1 work with Keyerrá to apply that methodology to your specific resume. Subscribe at youtube.com/@ThePharmYT.
Can I run my resume through it more than once?
Yes — once per email per 30 days, or unlimited if you're an active customer.
Will my resume get used to train AI?
No. The Pharm uses a deterministic pharmacy-keyword engine — your resume content never goes to an LLM provider.
What's the difference between the three tiers?
Tier 1 ($179) is the resume rewrite — two 30-minute meetings (intake + resume + STAR review). Tier 2 ($295) adds a 60-minute interview prep session (3 meetings). Tier 3 ($545) adds a 30-minute LinkedIn optimization (4 meetings). Cover letters included at Keyerrá's discretion when she sees you actually need one.
Why isn't a cover letter a separate add-on?
Most pharmacy candidates don't need a custom cover letter — recruiters skim them, ATS systems often strip them, and the resume does the heavy lifting. When Keyerrá sees a candidate who genuinely needs one (executive role, gap explanation, career-pivot story), she writes it.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — PayPal Pay Later is available at checkout for US customers (3 or 6 monthly installments, no extra fee).
What's your refund policy?
All sales final. Once you complete checkout, the engagement is non-refundable. What you DO get if the work isn't landing: revisions per tier (Tier 1: 1 round · Tier 2: 2 rounds · Tier 3: 60-day unlimited-revisions window) plus a quality-dispute path where Keyerrá personally reviews and offers an additional rewriting pass at no charge. Read the full policy at /policies. Before you buy: scan the FAQ, read what's in the rewrite, and email us if anything's unclear — we'd rather you ask than buy something that isn't a fit.
How long does the rewrite take?
Tier 1 and Tier 2: 7 days from your final intake form. Tier 3: 10 days. Plus the meeting time.
What is the 48-hour rule?
Your final intake form is due at least 48 hours before your delivery call. That gives Keyerrá time to think about your resume properly, not scramble. If the form is late, the call gets rescheduled to the next eligible slot. The rule is the reason the work is good.
What happens on the intake call?
Thirty minutes. Keyerrá asks about the role you're targeting, the gap you've felt in applications, and what success looks like in six months. You don't need to prepare anything — your current resume and the role description are enough.
What if I miss the 48-hour deadline?
The system reschedules the delivery call to the next available slot at least 48 hours after your form arrives. No charge, no penalty — just a delay.

Is Keyerrá a PharmD?
No. She is a PTCB-certified pharmacy technician with a B.S. in Healthcare Administration. For most pharmacy career moves — including pivots, residency applications, and pharm-tech-to-pharmacist — Keyerrá's combination of practitioner + educator + payer perspective is what you actually need.
