Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Aurum Transfers Limited when you use The Pharm. We’ve put a plain-English summary below the table of contents — read that first if you’re short on time.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Pharm (the “Service”), the website at thepharmwcg.com, and any related services operated by Aurum Transfers Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any tier or add-on. By creating an account, submitting a resume for the free 60-second read, or purchasing a tier, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. You also confirm that you are not subject to any U.S. trade-sanction lists.

2Description of the Service

The Pharm provides healthcare-resume rewrite, interview-preparation coaching, and LinkedIn-optimization services. Our process includes: a free heuristic 60-second resume read; intake calls; resume rewrites delivered as Microsoft Word and PDF files; interview-preparation sessions delivered live by video; LinkedIn-profile optimization sessions; and ancillary career-coaching deliverables specified at each tier.

No outcome guarantee. We do not guarantee that any specific employer will respond, that any interview will occur, or that any offer will be received. The Service improves the materials and the candidate’s preparation; outcomes depend on the candidate, the labor market, and other factors outside our control.

3Pricing and payment

Current tier prices are listed on our pricing page and are payable in U.S. dollars. As of the Last Updated date: Tier 1 is $179, Tier 2 is $295, Tier 3 is $545, and the Cover Letter add-on is $79. Prices may change; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

Payments are processed through PayPal Payment Links. By purchasing a tier you authorize the charge for the full purchase price at the time of checkout. We do not store your payment-card data; PayPal is the merchant of record for your transaction.

4Refunds, revisions, and the 60-day callback guarantee

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds once an intake call has been completed. If you cancel before the intake call, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected].

Each tier includes a defined revision policy: Tier 1 includes 1 round of revisions; Tier 2 includes 2 rounds; Tier 3 includes a 60-day revision window. Revision rounds must be requested within 30 days of file delivery (or within the explicit window stated in your tier).

60-day interview-callback guarantee (Tier 2 and Tier 3 only). If you do not receive more interview callbacks in the 60 days following final delivery than you received in the 60 days preceding it, we will rewrite your resume one additional time at no charge. To claim this guarantee, you must (a) email [email protected] within 75 days of final delivery, (b) submit a list of at least 10 applications you sent during the 60-day post-delivery window, and (c) describe the callback comparison. The free rewrite covers the same scope and tier; it does not entitle you to a higher tier or to additional services.

5Account registration and security

Some features of the Service require a free account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • use the Service to misrepresent your credentials, employment history, education, or licensure;
  • upload content that infringes a third party’s rights, including copyrighted text, employer-confidential materials, or another person’s resume submitted without their consent;
  • impersonate any person or entity;
  • attempt to circumvent payment, manipulate the heuristic resume reader, or scrape the Service;
  • upload malware, scripts, or content intended to disrupt or compromise the Service;
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as your own commercial offering.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.

7Content you submit

You retain ownership of the resume content, work history, credentials, and any other materials you submit. By submitting these materials you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, edit, and use them solely to deliver the Service to you. We may retain anonymized excerpts of submitted materials for the limited purpose of training our heuristic models, improving our methodology, and case-study reference. We will never share your name, contact details, or employer-identifying information without your explicit written consent.

By using the Service you represent that you have the right to submit the materials and that they do not infringe any third party’s rights.

8Our intellectual property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, design elements, copy, methodology (including our “CAR + Callout” framework), heuristic-analyzer code, profession-specific terminology databases, and other proprietary materials are owned by Aurum Transfers Limited or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use these materials except as strictly necessary to receive the Service.

Files we deliver to you (Word, PDF, LinkedIn-text, interview answer-bank) become yours to use for your job-search activities. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute our methodology or template artifacts.

9Testimonials and case studies

Testimonials submitted via our /share-your-win form require explicit consent and are admin-reviewed before publication. You may revoke consent at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will remove your testimonial within 48 hours of receipt.

10Affiliate links and third-party services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services, some of which are affiliate links from which we may earn a commission. Affiliate links are clearly disclosed with an “Affiliate” label. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, pricing, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s terms.

11Free 60-second resume read

The free read is a heuristic preview. It detects industry signals, named entities, credential patterns, and bullet-structure quality from the file you upload. It is not a clinical, professional, or legal opinion. Some of the analysis is intentionally locked behind a paid tier so that paying customers receive a meaningfully deeper read; this is disclosed in the preview itself.

The Service is provided AS IS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC EMPLOYMENT OUTCOME.

We do not warrant that the heuristic 60-second read, the rewrite, or any deliverable will result in interviews, offers, or employment. Job-market outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: candidate qualifications, employer demand, geographic factors, market conditions, application volume, interview performance, and reference quality.

13Limitation of liability

Liability cap: $100 USD or 12 months of fees, whichever is greater. No indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost wages, lost opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — are recoverable.

(Full statutory text:) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURUM TRANSFERS LIMITED AND ITS PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST WAGES, LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurum Transfers Limited and its principals, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual-property right, or (d) any misrepresentation in the materials you submit to us.

15Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, that is harmful to other users or to us, or that is unlawful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 23 survive termination.

16Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Aurum Transfers Limited agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation for sixty (60) days. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Miami-Dade County, Florida, with one arbitrator selected by mutual agreement. Each party bears its own arbitration costs except as the arbitrator orders.

Class-action waiver. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or confidentiality matters.

17Modifications to the Service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also modify these Terms; if we do, we will post the updated Terms here with a new Last Updated date. For material changes (changes that adversely affect your rights), we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice on the homepage or via the email associated with your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18DMCA copyright takedown

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our Service infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • identification of the material on our Service that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL or other location sufficient for us to find it;
  • your contact information (mailing address, telephone number, and email);
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We will notify the user whose content was removed and provide a counter-notice procedure (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)). We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers as required by the DMCA.

19Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to that handling.

20Electronic communications and marketing opt-out

By using the Service you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, in-app notifications, SMS where you have opted in). Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

We send two categories of communications:

  • Transactional — order confirmations, delivery notices, intake-call scheduling, password resets, security alerts, guarantee-claim follow-ups.
  • Marketing — newsletter, blog updates, promotional offers, lead-magnet drips.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by emailing [email protected] with “unsubscribe” in the subject. We process unsubscribe requests within ten (10) business days. Transactional communications continue regardless of marketing opt-out, as these are necessary for delivery of the Service you purchased.

21International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. EU/UK/Canadian users retain rights under GDPR, UK-DPA, or PIPEDA respectively; see the Privacy Policy for details.

22Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labor disputes, internet outages, third-party service failures, or pandemic-related disruptions.

23Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer-protection law — including the California CCPA, the Colorado CPA, the Virginia VCDPA, the Connecticut CTDPA, the FTC Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, the EU GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act, and Canada’s PIPEDA, to the extent those laws apply to you.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-waivable consumer right under applicable law, the consumer right prevails for that provision only; the rest of these Terms remains in full effect.

24Severability and assignment

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

25Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Affiliate Disclosure, the Cookie Policy, and any tier-specific deliverable agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurum Transfers Limited with respect to the Service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
