All sales final

The Pharm operates on an all-sales-final basis. Once you complete checkout, the engagement is non-refundable. This is how we keep the work focused and the price honest — no padding, no buffers, no slack absorbed into the fee.

What you DO get if the work isn't landing:

  • Revisions per tier — Tier 1: 1 round · Tier 2: 2 rounds · Tier 3: 60-day window of unlimited revisions
  • Quality dispute path — if you feel the work isn't where it should be after revisions, email [email protected] and Keyerrá will personally review and offer one additional rewriting pass at no charge
  • Service-failure protection — in the rare case Keyerrá cannot deliver (e.g., extended illness, technical inability to complete the work), we will reschedule with you OR issue a full refund at our discretion. This is service-failure-only, not a customer-initiated refund path.

Before you pay: read what's in the rewrite, scan the FAQ, and if anything is unclear, email us first. We'd rather you ask than buy something that isn't a fit.

Cancellation

You can cancel and stop the engagement at any time, but no portion of the fee is refunded. Outstanding deliverables you've earned (e.g., the resume rewrite when Tier 2's interview prep is what you skipped) will still be honored.

Reschedule

≥48h notice: free, unlimited via your Google Calendar booking link. <48h notice: free first time; subsequent <48h reschedules within an engagement: $25 fee added to your next deliverable. System-triggered reschedule (the 48h-rule firing): no fee.

No-show

Customer no-show on a scheduled call: rescheduled once free. Second no-show within an engagement: 50% of remaining engagement value forfeit and engagement closed. Coach (Keyerrá) no-show: full refund OR rescheduled slot + $50 credit, customer's choice.

The 48-hour rule

Final intake form due ≥48h before delivery call. Reminder cadence: T-72h, T-60h, T-50h. At T-48h with no form: status flips to at-risk. At T-24h with no form: the system auto-reschedules your delivery call to the next eligible slot ≥48h after submission. No fee, no penalty.

Privacy + data deletion

Resumes deleted 365 days after engagement closes, or earlier on customer DSAR request. Account data retained 7 years for tax/legal recordkeeping. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
